FESTIVAL RULES
The rules of access and operation of the Jardins do Marquês Festival are available on the "Info" page of the website, forming an integral part of these Terms.
By purchasing a ticket, the user accepts these conditions, including:
• Entry prohibited to children under 6 years old
• Entry permitted to children over 6 years old with a valid ticket and accompanied by a responsible adult • The ticket is only refundable in case of event cancellation (considered when more than half of the concerts do not take place)
• The organization reserves the right of admission
IMAGE RIGHTS
The user authorizes the capture of image and sound during the event for promotional and communication purposes. The capture of image or video with professional equipment without prior authorization from the organization is prohibited.
