FESTIVAL RULES
The access and operating rules of the Jardins do Marquês Festival are available on the website's “Info” page and form an integral part of these Terms.
By purchasing a ticket, the user accepts these conditions, including:
• Entry prohibited for children under 6 years old
• Entry allowed for those over 6 years old with a ticket and accompanied by a responsible adult
• The festival may be subject to changes due to force majeure
• The ticket is only refundable in case of event cancellation (considered when more than half of the concerts do not take place)
• The organization reserves the right of admission
IMAGE RIGHTS
The user authorizes the capture of image and sound during the event for promotional and communication purposes. The capture of image or video with professional equipment without prior authorization from the organization is prohibited.
